Basecoat-S is a protective agent for photocatalyst coating fluid.
Photocatalyst coating fluid has high decomposition power and it may damage the surface. Therefore you need to protect the surface by this Basecoat S. Furthermore, this product also improves adhesion, so it is also used for substrates with poor adhesion and aqueous photocatalyst solutions.
